About The Position

Reporting to the Inside Valve Sales Manager, Valve Sales Assistants are accountable for order entry for both small day to day orders, large project orders and Machine Orders. They are responsible for data entry for the valve quote packages for the Inside Valve Sales personnel. This role involves order placement and enrollment of the after sales group regarding details explaining customer requirements, special requirements such as document and expediting requirements on the orders that have been placed with factory lead times. The position requires managing high volumes of information, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and communicating proactively across teams when updates or delays occur. The role involves operating in ambiguity while processes are still being defined and maintaining organization and attention to detail in a compliance-heavy environment.

Requirements

Order entry for both small day to day orders, large project orders and Machine Orders
