About The Position

Value Analysis Coordinator collaborates with the Value Analysis Team within a clinical portfolio. Plans and executes the Value Analysis (VA) program to identify opportunities for cost savings related to improved product, service and process standardization and utilization by assisting in the selection, evaluation, monitoring, analysis and implementation of cost-effective product, services and processes. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with clinical, administrative, and healthcare system staff and physicians to ensure effective, results-oriented outcomes and improved quality of care provided to patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field required.
  • Three years' experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and computer skills, including an understanding of cost-benefit analysis and financial feasibility studies.
  • Knowledge of clinical and operational improvement processes.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a "non-frequent driver"
