Requirements

A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your certified general licenses.
An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Ideally, 1-3 years in commercial real estate.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.
Perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).
Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes.
