About The Position

The Scan Team Validation role is responsible for reviewing, validating, organizing, and accurately classifying high-volume documents within the company’s document management systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, visual accuracy, concentration, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while consistently maintaining productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.

Requirements

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
Strong reading comprehension and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
Ability to interact effectively and clearly
Highly organized, detail-oriented
Work well under pressure
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy
Sufficient dexterity to operate a keyboard and other office equipment, and movement throughout office spaces.
Ability to provide communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions through verbal and electronic communication.
Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
Ability to observe details, read printed materials, and view computer screens.
Ability to understand and efficiently use specific software programs and associated websites.
Ability to lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds (e.g., boxes of supplies, office materials, etc.).
Ability to travel to the office and off-site locations.

Responsibilities

Review and validate high volumes of documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper organization.
Review documents to determine the appropriate way to separate and organize them, including identifying where documents should be split.
Accurately classify documents according to established document types, procedures, and guidelines.
Perform repetitive validation and document-processing tasks while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and productivity.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while performing document validation for prolonged periods.
Ability to work independently while also seeking clarification when necessary.
