About The Position

Eupry is seeking an inspiring leader with a passion for quality and compliance to serve as a Validation Team Manager for their dynamic validation team in Raleigh, NC. This role involves technical leadership, team development, and project oversight within a fast-growing company that specializes in temperature mapping and monitoring for the life sciences sector. The Validation Team Manager will lead a team of validation engineers delivering Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) services to global pharmaceutical and logistics clients. Eupry, founded in Denmark in 2014, offers innovative digital and IoT-driven solutions for temperature and humidity compliance, trusted by major companies like FedEx, DHL, AstraZeneca, and Novo Nordisk. The company is rapidly expanding in the US and Europe, with a headquarters in Copenhagen and a vibrant office in Raleigh.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience, successfully leading technical teams, preferably in temperature mapping, validation, or regulated life sciences environments.
  • Deep understanding of CQV principles, temperature mapping methodologies, and regulatory frameworks (GxP, GMP, GDP, USP <1079>, ISO).
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, motivate teams, and engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset, approaching challenges with creativity and a solution-oriented attitude.
  • Adaptability to thrive in an agile, scale-up environment and effectively manage change and competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, primarily within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, mentor, and grow a diverse team of validation engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex CQV projects ensuring they meet quality, regulatory, and timeline expectations.
  • Implement and continuously improve validation processes, tools, and documentation practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the validation team, clients, and cross-functional internal teams including PMO, R&D, QA, and Customer Success.
  • Ensure all validation activities comply with GxP and ISO standards, and client specifications.
  • Manage team capacity, recruitment, and development plans to meet growing business demands.
  • Provide input to the company’s validation strategy and participate in shaping the future roadmap of Eupry’s compliance services.
