About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Valet to join our team. As a Valet, you will be responsible for greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving their vehicles, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. You will also assist guests with luggage, maintain a clean valet area, and adhere to all safety regulations. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or related setting.
Proven experience in handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience adhering to strict safety and security protocols.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt and courteous service.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas, following established procedures and traffic laws.
Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including keys and vehicle information.
Assist guests with luggage and other belongings, ensuring their safe handling.
Maintain a clean and organized valet area, including sweeping, emptying trash receptacles, and reporting any maintenance issues.
Monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles efficiently to minimize congestion.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing proper attire and using safety equipment.
Communicate effectively with other valet attendants, security personnel, and other staff members.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
