About The Position

Encore Northwoods Lodge is a distinguished 57-bed facility specializing in short-term skilled nursing care (SNF). We are dedicated to delivering a better way of healthcare—one rooted in evidence-based practices, holistic patient care, and a supportive team environment. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Valet to join our professional team and make a meaningful impact on the recovery and well-being of our patients.

Requirements

• No degree required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and demonstrate a safe driving record in accordance with state requirements.
• Minimum of one (1) year recent customer service experience in a hospitality or healthcare environment required.
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain within 90-days of hire, CPR certification.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one (1) year professional driving experience strongly preferred.
• CNA certification through the AZ State Board of Nursing, or experience as a EMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing day-to-day transportation functions as assigned and coordinate daily transportation schedule with nursing services.
• Transport guests according to a schedule, staying within allotted times.
• Notify the Environmental Service Director of any potential mechanical problems or needed repairs.
• Report all accidents/incidents to the Environmental Service Director, no matter how minor they may be.
• Ensure that all vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manner, and properly stored at the end of the shift. Cleaning includes: vacuuming and washing and polishing the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
