About The Position

Seeking hardworking individuals for DoorStep valet waste removal. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, be highly motivated, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a part-time position with a 5-year contract. Responsibilities include collecting bagged trash from building doors and transporting it to an on-site trash compactor. No experience is required, but a good attitude and a late-model pickup truck are essential. Training will be provided for the right person.

Requirements

• Must have a driver's license.
• Must own a good condition pick-up truck (no vans or SUVs).
• Must speak English.
• Must be in good physical condition.
• Must be punctual and on property onsite by 7:55 PM sharp.
• Must have a clean, late-model pick-up truck.
• Must be very comfortable with smartphones & Apps.
• Must speak English.
• Pickup Truck in Good Working Condition.
• Smart Phone.

Nice To Haves

• Former Military Service Members Preferred.
• Federal Tax ID Number preferred.
• LLC's and Inc's welcome.

Responsibilities

• Take bagged trash from each building door and take to the trash compactor located on-site.
• Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash in all weather conditions, 5 days per week.
• Climb steps to retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door.
• Daily contact with Valet Field District Manager.
