About The Position

The company operates a parking network with more than 23,000 employees at over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe. The Valet Supervisor assists with the day-to-day management of a parking location, ensuring operations follow the location’s contractual guidelines and company policies and procedures. The role supports client and customer satisfaction, positive client relations, and a professional image. The position pays $15 per hour to $18 per hour, plus tips.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with minimal related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Clear oral communication, including listening, obtaining clarification, and responding to questions.
- Ability to write clearly and informatively and read and interpret written information.
- Positive attitude and ability to respond to service and assistance requests.
- Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events in the work environment.
- Sound and accurate judgment.
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day management of assigned location activities and parking operations.
- Help ensure operations follow contractual guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
- Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with management duties as assigned.
- Courteously assist customers.
- Assist with parking equipment maintenance and repair and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
- Report known accidents, observed or suspected policy violations, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and similar messes.
- Substitute for any position when necessary.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage and the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
- Complete other duties as needed.
