Valet Associate - Downtown Fort Worth
About The Position
Platinum Parking’s Valet Division is seeking a Valet Associate for Texas de Brazil in Downtown Fort Worth. The role provides premium, upbeat service to guests arriving at and departing from the venue. Valet Associates are the first and last people guests see, and are responsible for helping ensure a positive overall experience through safe vehicle parking and excellent customer service. The work involves driving and parking vehicles, operating under pressure, adapting to changing situations, and working with autonomy. Employees receive feedback to help improve their skills and tip count, and may have opportunities for advancement and further development with Platinum Parking.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with no restriction B.
- Clean driving record.
- Age 19 or older.
- Reliable transportation.
- Reliable access to a phone and internet.
- No face, neck, or hand tattoos.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and driver’s record check.
- Willingness to undergo random drug screenings.
Responsibilities
- Provide upbeat, premium service to guests as they arrive and depart.
- Drive and safely park guests’ vehicles.
- Help ensure guests have a positive experience at the venue.
- Work autonomously while maintaining safe vehicle parking and excellent customer service.
