About The Position

This role involves leading and motivating staff to foster teamwork and a positive customer service environment. The Valet Supervisor will handle customer inquiries and complaints, assist with accident/incident reports, and support staff training, scheduling, and evaluations. Responsibilities also include assisting local management with equipment and uniform maintenance, reconciling daily financial reports and ticket logs, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining logs for bank transactions, uniforms, and parking violators. The supervisor will monitor facility conditions, report safety or maintenance issues, and perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
  • At least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
  • A motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
  • A roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
  • Trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
  • Self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports.
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
  • Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
  • Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable.
  • Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable.
  • Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management.
  • Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.
