About The Position
A Garage Supervisor will oversee the facilities of the garage and/or surface lots and ensure preservation of the location. This role requires someone who is charismatic, full of energy, and happy to help in any way they can. The ideal candidate will be proficient in basic computer skills in the parking revenue control system, able to work with or without supervision, and communicate professionally and effectively. They should also be open to feedback, differing opinions, and other points of view.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Supervisor experience is required.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Proficient in basic computer skills in the parking revenue control system

- Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
- Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
Nice To Haves
- Some lead experience is a plus.
- Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations.
Responsibilities
- Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
- Assist in establishing performance standards, recommending and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
- Responsible for running any reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, garage data or other reports requested by management.
- Assists with periodic training as needed.
- Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the company.
