About The Position

The Valet Service Supervisor plays a key role in creating memorable first and last impressions for every guest who visits the property. In this fast-paced role, the supervisor will lead and develop a team of valet and guest service professionals, ensuring outstanding service standards, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and security procedures. By anticipating guest needs, resolving concerns, and maintaining smooth traffic flow throughout the property, the supervisor will help create the exceptional experiences that keep guests coming back.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have at least one (1) year of prior relevant experience as a supervisor in a customer service environment.
• Prior experience in valet or transportation

Responsibilities

• Supervise the valet services team to include efficient staffing, employee development and training, performance management and policy enforcement
• Supervise the valet and guest service employees, ensure employees are properly trained and follow established safety standards
• Conducts periodic inspections of valet-designated parking areas
• Lead the pre-shift meetings for valet/guest service employees
• Compensate guests within, for service-related inconveniences
• Responsible for necessary staffing adjustments in order to properly accommodate guest
• Regulate the movement and flow of traffic to ensure the casino provides efficient and effective guest services and avoids traffic congestion and delays
• Respond effectively to guest inquiries providing excellent guest service
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of unusual events
