About The Position

The Valet Runner (Parking Attendant) is responsible for taking valet parking information from guests, driving, parking, and retrieving guest cars in a safe and efficient manner. This role also involves providing customer service to internal and external guests as needed. Additionally, the Valet Runner may perform additional duties during emergency situations, assume duties of all positions in motor services during the off-season, and perform billing duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to communicate well with guest.
  • Must relate well with guest.
  • Ability to provide a 5-Star atmosphere.
  • CDL (Class B)
  • Passenger endorsement
  • Ability to drive standard transmission.
