About The Position

Would you like to join our Team Ford Lincoln Family? A full-time position has opened up within the Service Department for a Valet/Porter Position. This interim position is a great opportunity to work within many areas of the Service Department.

Requirements

Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
Must pass a drug test
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Must display good judgment.

Responsibilities

Greeting the incoming customer and directing them to an available advisor in a timely manner
Parking incoming Customer Vehicle
Maintaining an organized parking lot
Pick up and Delivery of Customer's Vehicle after service
Assisting in off-site deliveries of Customer Vehicles
Perform Service Valet pickup and delivery functions from the client's place of choice within the local area.
Safely operates loaner vehicles during pickup and delivery.
Transports and organizes the vehicles on the lot, making sure they have gas and are clean.
Verifies collection address and use of driver app to ensure timelines for pickup and delivery are met.
