About The Position

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Valet Parking Manager to oversee daily valet operations and lead our valet team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage fast-paced operations, and a commitment to safety and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Previous valet, hospitality, or parking management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude

Responsibilities

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise valet attendants for restaurants, hotels and events.
Manage daily parking operations, vehicle flow, and traffic control
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns or vehicle claim issues
Monitor keys, tickets, radios, and valet equipment
Perform vehicle inspections and oversee damage documentation procedures
Coordinate staffing for busy events, peak hours, and peak seasons
Communicate with hotel, restaurant, and venue management teams
Track tips and attendance
Conduct operational audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, safety standards, and vehicle documentation requirements
Maintain organized parking areas and ensure staff maintain professional appearance standards
Prepare operational, incident, staffing, and revenue reports
Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures when necessary
Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles during high-volume period
