The Valet Cashier serves as the primary point of contact for external and internal guest inquiries related to Valet Parking and Guest Services requests. This role involves collecting necessary information from guests for request execution, warmly greeting guests retrieving parked cars, collecting and accurately posting payments for parking services, and depositing cash receipts according to procedures. The Valet Cashier also directs valet parkers, monitors valet workflow, guest parking, and luggage requests, ensuring timely service and accurate documentation. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate control of keys for parked cars, managing logs, parking records, guest preference profiles, and service request data within the property management system. This role requires handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests, resolving customer complaints, and assisting with inquiries about hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, and in-house events. The position also requires compliance with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct and working harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
