About The Position

Five Star Valet, Southwest Florida's premier luxury valet provider, is seeking Valet Parking Attendants for the Central Territory for the 2026-2027 Season. This position offers an average earning potential of $20 - $30 per hour (hourly plus cash tips) and services various account locations including country clubs, restaurants, and other venues in the Greater Naples area. The role is available as Part-Time or Full-Time, with day and evening shifts, and requires availability on holidays and weekends. Valet Parking Attendants are responsible for providing exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests, running to park and retrieve vehicles, opening doors, and offering information and directions. Vehicles must be driven courteously, safely, and efficiently according to company standards. The ideal candidate possesses confidence, integrity, pride, and a passion for serving others, demonstrating kindness, empathy, and patience.

Requirements

• Driver's license for 4 years or more
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, excellent driving record and pass a background and DMV check
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, patrons and management with English language proficiency
• Employees must have a smart mobile phone with access to internet and email
• Ability to meet all physical expectations of valet parking to include: RUN or JOG to work assignments, Stand for long periods of time (5-6 hours), Bend, squat, lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds (signs, podium, wheelchairs, etc), Work in all weather conditions heat, wind, rain
• Manual transmission "stick" experience preferred but not required
