About The Position

Five Star Valet, Southwest Florida's premier luxury valet provider, is seeking Valet Parking Attendants. This position offers an average earning potential of $20 - $30 per hour (hourly plus cash tips) and is available as a Part-Time or Full-Time position with day and evening shifts. The role requires availability for holidays and weekends. Valet Attendants are responsible for providing excellent customer service by warmly greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles (including running to park and retrieve), opening doors, and offering information and directions. Vehicles must be driven courteously, safely, and efficiently according to company standards. The ideal candidate possesses confidence, integrity, pride, and a passion for serving others, demonstrating kindness, empathy, and patience.

Requirements

Driver's license for 4 years or more
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, excellent driving record and pass a background and DMV check
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, patrons and management with English language proficiency
Employees must have a smart mobile phone with access to internet and email
Ability to meet all physical expectations of valet parking to include: RUN or JOG to work assignments, Stand for long periods of time (5-6 hours), Bend, squat, lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds (signs, podium, wheelchairs, etc), Work in all weather conditions heat, wind, rain
Manual transmission "stick" experience preferred but not required
