This role also involves identifying and explaining hotel facilities to guests, delivering items to rooms, handling guest complaints, and maintaining the appearance of lobby and luggage holding areas. The position requires ensuring guest confidentiality and security. The Valet Parker will also escort guests to their rooms, inform them of hotel services, and attend to their immediate needs upon arrival and throughout their stay. A thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities is essential. Additionally, the role may involve performing valet services such as driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles courteously, safely, and efficiently.
