About The Position
The Overnight Valet Runner is responsible for providing excellent guest service, driving and parking guest vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires strong communication and observation skills, the ability to work flexible hours, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent observation, communication, guest service and report writing skills.
- Minimum two years previous experience in large convention hotel environment
- Ability to Drive a Manual Car (Stick Shift).
- Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Drive and park guest vehicles.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work area.
- Promote and apply teamwork skills.
- Notify appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance.
- Be polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management, and fellow Team Members.
- Execute emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
- Comply with required safety regulations and procedures.
- Attend appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions.
- Comply with hotel standards, policies, and rules.
- Remain current with hotel information and changes.
- Comply with hotel uniform and grooming standards.
