About The Position

This is a field-based leadership role responsible for team performance, service execution, staffing, and operational oversight across multiple hospitality locations in Fort Worth. The role offers the opportunity to grow with an expanding portfolio, providing a high level of ownership and visibility with a direct impact on team performance and service standards.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of leadership experience (hospitality, valet, or service operations)
  • Strong team leadership and accountability mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Ability to manage multiple locations or priorities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
  • Ability to remain active for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily valet operations
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and overtime compliance
  • Drive service standards and team accountability
  • Plan and oversee special events
  • Ensure revenue accuracy and operational reporting
  • Implement tools and processes to improve efficiency and revenue capture
  • Promote safety standards and damage prevention
  • Communicate with clients and leadership
