Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, class 5 with a clean record
- The candidate must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of mandatory supervisory experience in a similar industry (luxury hospitality, valet services, or high-end retail).
- Bilingualism (French-English) is mandatory to ensure smooth communication with customers and the team.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, dynamic setting
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Part-Time (Monday to Wednesday, 25h/week, rotating shifts morning & afternoon)
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee valet operations during the assigned shift
- Act as the on-site decision-maker for staffing, service flow, and real-time operational needs
- Assign roles and positions to valet attendants and ensure coverage is maintained
- Monitor performance and enforce service, safety, and operational standards
- Manage vehicle flow, key control, and retrieval times to ensure efficiency
- Intervene in escalated guest situations and coordinate with hotel management when required
- Ensure incidents, damages, and safety concerns are handled and reported according to protocol
- Step in operationally during high-volume or short-staffed periods
- Complete shift reporting and communicate key updates to management
