We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Valet Captain to lead the valet team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection during our opening phase. In this role, you’ll oversee daily valet operations, coordinate arrivals and departures, support team training, and ensure a seamless, safe, and elevated guest arrival experience. Opening a hotel is a rare opportunity—one that doesn't come around often. As a member of our opening team, you'll help shape the culture, establish our service standards, and create the experiences that will define Hotel Vin Rogers from the very first guest. Requirements
- Previous valet or hospitality leadership experience required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and in fast-paced conditions
