About The Position

Tuscany Suites & Casino, located near the Las Vegas Strip and Convention Center, is seeking a Valet/Bellman for its front services. This role is crucial for providing guests with a relaxing getaway and ensuring a positive first and last impression of the property.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
6 months minimum experience in a similar job.
Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

Open hotel/casino main doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
Assist guests with opening/closing vehicle doors.
Welcome guests and visitors with appropriate greetings of the day.
Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
Tag guest vehicle keys with date & time, make/model and guest name.
Effectively park and retrieve guests cars without causing damage to the vehicle.
Provide guests with information regarding property facilities, amenities, services, and hours of operation.
Provide guests with directions and information about local areas of interest and activities.
Ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic.
Ensure all guests' valet experiences are memorable, unique, and meet the hotel's standards.
Document and report all vehicle incidents such as damages, accidents, theft, or missing articles.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor or manager.
Monitor and maintain the safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas, the portico, and behind the valet stand.
Report any security or safety problems, safety hazards, and potential security problems to supervisors.
