About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Bell Attendant to join their Guest Services team at The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for guests, assist with luggage, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for hotel amenities and the local area. This role offers an opportunity to "WOW" guests, make meaningful connections, and grow a career in hospitality with a world-class property.

Requirements

At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
Ability to solve problems when they arise.
Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
Pleasant and helpful personality.
Must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.
A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
An outgoing and engaging personality.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
Interact with all guests, welcoming each guest to the hotel.
Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle.
Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in.
Escort guests and their luggage to their room, explaining amenities and fun facts about the hotel.
Collaborate with other attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience.
Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
Go above and beyond for guests and employees.
