Valet/Bell Person Part Time
About The Position
The bell/valet attendant plays an essential role is setting the stage for our guests expectations. As the first "face" our guests see, they are ambassadors for our guest service. The bell/valet attendants greet our guest, visitors and patrons with a smile. They provide quality service to our guests that exceeds their expectations and anticipate our guests needs. They always maintain a polite, friendly, professional demeanor. They are responsible for delivering guest's luggage, obtaining taxi cabs, and retrieving guest's vehicles. They deliver laundry to guest's rooms and deliver newspapers. They ensure the front area is clean, neat and presentable.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or over for insurance purposes.
- Ability to drive manual transmission.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs.
- Ability to carry luggage.
- Ability to push bell carts.
Nice To Haves
- Previous valet experience in a high-end hotel environment.
- A clean driving record.
