About The Position
The Hi Lo Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott in downtown Portland is looking for an energetic and fun Valet person to make a difference at their hotel. This role involves driving guest and hotel patrons' vehicles to and from hotel parking facilities in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Must be able to drive automatic and standard transmission.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Previous valet and/or hospitality experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed guest and team member expectations by providing Legendary Service and teamwork.
- Greeting, welcoming, and accommodating all guests.
- Providing a seamless arrival and departure for all guests.
- Handling guest belongings, luggage, clothing, and vehicles with care and respect.
- Transporting hotel guest in hotel town car safely and efficiently.
- Assuring a quick and discreet departure while conveying appreciation and hope to return.
- Assisting elderly and disabled patrons of the hotel as needed.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities asked of you in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
