About The Position

Valet Attendants are the first point of contact for guests at a premier hotel, golf club, restaurant, or healthcare location. The role involves greeting guests warmly, parking and retrieving their vehicles, providing directions, and anticipating guest needs to deliver exceptional customer service. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, with premium weekend hours. The position is based in Chicago’s Gold Coast and pays $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service experience.
At least 3 years of continuous driver’s license experience; licenses suspended or expired within the past 3 years are not accepted.
No more than 2 minor moving violations within the past 3 years.
No major moving violations within the past 3 years.
No alcohol- or drug-related driving violations within the past 3 years.
Positive teamwork mindset, strong communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
Valid driver’s license and compliance with the company’s motor vehicle eligibility requirements.
Successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
Tolerance for inclement weather.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for short periods.
Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
