About The Position

Position available for a valet attendant at the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino in Coconut Creek, Florida. Position is part time. Must have flexible availability and must be able to work all weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience helpful
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must have an excellent driving record, verified by a motor vehicle report
• Drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Be good with numbers
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a clean criminal background
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays
• The position requires continuous movement, full mobility, lifting up to 35 pounds, twisting and bending.

Responsibilities

• Extend a genuinely friendly welcome to arriving guests
• Carefully and efficiently park, secure, and retrieve vehicles
• Respond helpfully to guest questions about the property, getting around and nearby happenings
• Graciously assist guests with issues arising out of the parking experience
• Provide excellent customer service
• Be a team player
