About The Position

SP+ is an artificial intelligence company for the real world, using computer vision to enable checkout-free parking experiences. They are the largest parking network in America with over 23,000 employees and are reinventing parking to power checkout-free experiences anywhere, giving back time. This role is for a Valet Attendant in the Brickell area, working the dinner shift from 5pm to 1am, with a pay rate of $15/hr plus tips. The company is looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and offers a supportive team environment with a fast-paced, exciting work atmosphere.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Valet Attendant and in Customer Service is a MUST.
A valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus!
Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends.
Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
English required.
Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.
Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods.
Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Must remain alert and professional while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, finding creative ways to solve any problems that arise.
Maintain a strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist guests with directions.
Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers.
Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking it, noting and reporting any findings.
Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
Immediately report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ready to work.
Maintain a clean, complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift.
Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation.
