About The Position

SP+, a Metropolis company, is an artificial intelligence company using computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. The Valet Attendant is part of the guest welcome and farewell process, providing guest service and safely moving vehicles to and from the garage when requested. The role is hourly and non-exempt. Additional job-related duties may be assigned by a supervisor. The position is located in Walnut Creek, California.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively in English in written and/or oral forms.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Have a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Be able to sprint short distances.
• Be able to stand for extended periods, up to 6 or 8 hours excluding breaks.
• Be able to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
• Be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of guest service to each guest.
• Safely move vehicles to and from the garage upon request.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by a supervisor.
