About The Position

Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner while delivering and returning guest’s vehicles to and from Valet parking lot to Casino Entrance. Assist’s guests upon entering and exiting their vehicles and be comfortable responding to and carrying out specific guest needs and requests.

Requirements

High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must have 3 years driving experience.
Must obtain and maintain a St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Work Permit license which requires a criminal background check to be used solely for employment purposes.
Successful candidates for employment must submit to and pass a drug test for illegal substances prior to employment being confirmed.
Must be 18 years of age when applying.

Nice To Haves

One to three months related experience and/or training in a guest service environment.

Responsibilities

Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow associates.
Delivers and retrieves guest’s car to and from casino front entrance and valet parking lot.
Assist’s guests upon entering and exiting their vehicles.
Locks cars and gives keys to dispatcher.
Adheres to all departmental safety standards and procedures.
Dispatches as scheduled.
Other duties as assigned by the Valet Supervisor/Manager.
