About The Position

This individual has a sincere demeanor that allows guests to feel like they are being welcomed home from the time they step out of their car until we see their taillights. They have a knowledge of all of the happenings on property to ensure they are able to answer any questions the guests might ask them.
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (luggage, packages, etc.)
- Approachable and professional personality
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to read guests and anticipate their needs
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods at a time
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome every guest. Ensure every guest receives a fond farewell.
- Identify and explain hotel facilities and features to guest.
- Engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner.
- Safely and securely drive every guest vehicle.
- Safely and securely stores guest vehicle keys.
- Open doors and assist guest/visitors entering/leaving property.
