We are seeking experienced, professional, and customer-oriented Valet Attendants to join our team. This role requires individuals who can deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and operate vehicles safely and efficiently. Requirements
- Previous valet experience required
- Proven customer service experience required
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to provide a resume and strong professional references
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles, including manual (stick shift) vehicles
- Direct traffic within the parking area to ensure smooth and efficient flow
- Maintain cleanliness of the garage and surrounding areas through light cleaning duties
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries or concerns
- Follow all safety, operational, and client-specific service standards
