Their associates work in various locations including hotels, resorts, hospitals, and parking facilities. Schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and special events. This role is for a Hospitality Associate – Driver who helps bring the Towne experience to life by parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, and supporting guests, patients, and visitors, creating seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service. This posting represents multiple Hospitality Associate – Driver opportunities across Towne locations, and specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and calm in fast paced environments
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Able to work evenings and/or weekends

- Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles
- Create positive first and last impressions
- Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality
- Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needs
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
