About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles according to company guidelines. Attendants are expected to maintain a professional appearance, resolve issues, and be an active and pleasant presence. The job requires being outdoors and active, involving standing, walking, and potentially assisting with items up to 50lbs. Occasional cleaning or maintenance tasks may also be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
• Have supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

• Valet parking: 1 year+
• Customer service: 1 year+

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
