This role plans and directs the daily operations of the Valet function on an assigned shift. The Lead Valet Attendant observes the activities and procedures of valet team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation. This position also operates, parks, and retrieves guest vehicles safely as needed. The Lead Valet Attendant oversees cost-efficiency, staffing, and uniform standards for the valet team, ensuring work areas are clean, neat, and well-stocked. A primary focus is achieving and maintaining maximum guest service and satisfaction. This role is held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports, and is responsible for motivating valet team members. The Lead Valet Attendant directly supervises valet attendants, handles unsanitary vehicles, and works outdoors in adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, ice, extreme heat). This position acts as an Ambassador for RHC and performs all other duties as assigned.
