Requirements

  • Customer service oriented
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to continuously run uphill and downhill and stand at post for an extended period.
  • Must be able to regularly and continuously lift up to 60 pounds, push and pull carts/equipment weighing up to 250 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, and stretch.
  • Must be able to withstand hot/humid temperatures while performing physical tasks.
  • Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and fulfill guest needs, and express genuine appreciation.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards in all tasks.
  • Stay informed about the hotel's daily operations by reviewing event sheets, bulletin boards, and updates on new procedures or events.
  • Collect numbered customer tags, locate and deliver vehicles, or provide directions for self-parking.
  • Issue ticket stubs, place numbered tags on windshields or keys, record details, and provide customers with matching tags for vehicle retrieval.
  • Manage cash transactions, balance cash drawers, handle tips, and provide correct change.
  • Explain and calculate parking charges, collect fees, and handle customer complaints.
  • Park and retrieve cars efficiently and safely.
  • Provide information such as directions or assistance with wheelchairs.
  • Set up and remove barricades to control parking areas.
  • Follow all company safety policies, report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
  • Complete required safety training.
  • Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, support team goals.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.
