Requirements

Hospitality-oriented.
Valid Driver's License.
Must be able to regularly and continuously lift up to 60 lbs, push and pull carts/equipment weighing up to 250 lbs, and be able to bend, stop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning and luggage handling tasks.
Must be able to withstand hot/humid temperatures while performing physical tasks.
Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
Anticipate and attend to guest service needs, thanking them with genuine appreciation.
Perform all duties in accordance with policies, procedures, internal rules, and hotel standards.
Stay informed about the daily operations of the hotel by reviewing daily event sheets, bulletin boards, and staying updated on new procedures and events.
Receive and tag luggage by completing and attaching claim tags.
Transfer suitcases, trunks, and packages to rooms, loading areas, or vehicles, by hand or using luggage carts.
Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms.
Guide guests on facilities and local areas.
Offer directions, travel information, and other details, such as available services and points of interest.
Explain to guests the operation of room features, such as locks, ventilation systems, and televisions.
Provide support to travelers and guests with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Pick up and return items for laundry and valet service as needed.
Inspect rooms to ensure they are well-stocked, tidy, and comfortable.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
Complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.
