Why This Role Matters We are searching for a Valet Attendant who will play a crucial role in the guest experience, serving as the first and last personal point of contact upon arrival and departure. This position offers the opportunity to work across two of our distinctive hotel properties, providing variety and broader exposure to our hospitality operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with vehicles and luggage, creating a warm and organized arrival experience, and offering knowledgeable guidance about each hotel’s amenities, outlets, and nearby attractions.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast paced guest-facing environment.
• Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to support guest experience.
• Minimum age of 19 with preferably 2 years of driving experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required.
• Current New Mexico driver’s license with an insurable driving record required.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the property and provide assistance in and out of vehicles.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with company safety and security procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring careful handling and professional service.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding hotel outlets, amenities, events and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of ADA parking procedures and all safety and security protocols.
• Communicate and partner with Front Office, Security and other departments as needed to support guest needs.
• Maintain awareness of guest flow and arrival patterns to ensure efficient and organized service.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct in accordance with uniform and grooming standards.
• Ensure the hotel's driveway, porte-cochere, and parking area are kept clean and tidy.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client and guest information.
• Other duties as assigned with the functions of this position as needed at the property.
