About The Position
Saucon Valley Country Club is looking for a part-time Valet Attendant to greet and assist members and their guests. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Valet Attendant responsibilities require providing valet tickets, parking and retrieving cars. Additionally, you will be required to familiarize yourself with Club events happening on property and to be able to direct members and their guests, as well as answer questions relating to those events. If you enjoy interacting with others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to meet you.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles including manual transmission and electric vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Open car doors for members and guests
- Greet members and guests professionally with a friendly demeanor
- Safely park cars and record accurate location
- Retrieve cars in a timely fashion
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
