About The Position

Sovereign Services is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first impression for guests, cheerfully greeting them, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and in a timely manner. You will also explain parking rates, provide instructions for vehicle retrieval, inspect vehicles before taking possession, and maintain company uniform appearance. This role requires you to be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. You may also be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
Able to drive a manual (stick shift) transmission vehicle.
Energetic and outgoing.
Able to stand, run, and carry items if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Experience with customer service.

Nice To Haves

Experience working as a valet is an extra plus.
Valet parking: 1 year+
Customer service: 1 year+

Responsibilities

Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their vehicles.
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
Maintain company uniform appearance.
Resolve issues and be a pleasure to be with.
Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
