A Vacation Specialist is responsible for assisting individuals and groups in planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements. • Reside in the USA, Mexico, Australia, UK, Italy, Bahamas, Jamaica, Ireland, France, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Aruba, Spain, Panama, St. Lucia, Dominican Republic, New Zealand, Honduras, Germany or Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.
• Provide personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Create detailed and customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
• Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
• Work within clients' specified budgets to create cost-effective travel plans.
• Provide transparent cost breakdowns and options for clients to make informed decisions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
• Handle unexpected issues or changes to travel plans with efficiency and professionalism.
