About The Position

This role involves promoting vacation ownership opportunities to customers at Bass Pro Shop/Cabela's. The ideal candidate will engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, deliver compelling presentations, build trust, and identify guest travel interests and needs. The position requires meeting or exceeding sales goals and providing concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages. Continuous participation in training is expected to enhance skills and knowledge of offerings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks
