About The Position

This role involves engaging with Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities. The representative will deliver compelling presentations, build trust with guests, identify their travel interests, and meet sales goals. Additionally, they will provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages. Continuous participation in training is expected to enhance skills and knowledge of offerings.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of a criminal background check
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks

Nice To Haves

College education is a plus
1 year sales experience is a plus
A positive demeanor and willingness to learn are even more important
Experience in industries such as finance, investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, premium automotive sales, hospitality, and personal services
