About The Position

Join Hilton Grand Vacations as a Vacation Sales Representative inside Bass Pro Shops, where you’ll connect with guests and introduce them to exciting vacation ownership opportunities—all while representing a trusted brand in a fun, high-energy retail environment. This role offers market-leading base pay plus commission, with top performers in 2025 earning over $80,000. You will greet and engage with Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities, deliver compelling presentations, establish trust with guests, and meet or exceed sales goals. Additionally, you will provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages, and participate in training to sharpen your skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks
