About The Position

Dealership: L0053 Subaru of Spokane Subaru of Spokane Sales Representative Pay: Commission/incentive based. Range of $60k-$80K annually. Schedule: May include some Saturdays. Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Stay up to date on Subaru models, features, and promotions
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
