About The Position

Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®.

Requirements

  • Passion for interacting with guests.
  • Strong desire for career advancement.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service, particularly in a commission-based role.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and possess a driven spirit.
  • Proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team in a lively environment, leading 5-7 Sales Representatives to engage with customers and sell vacation packages.
  • Ensure team members can finalize sales efficiently, aiming for under 10 minutes per sale.
