The apprentice will handle daily mail, manage office supplies, record meeting minutes, and support recruitment and onboarding activities. They will also assist with visitor greetings, clerical duties, data entry, and maintaining organized filing systems. Additionally, the role involves supporting HR administration, training records, preparing presentations, and assisting with employee engagement and environmental management activities. Compliance with various ISO standards and customer-specific requirements is also a key aspect of this position.
